Event Objectives

An annual cultural event organized by Tu Thó Village, Tu Mơ Rông District, Kon Tum
-
Aims to promote the unique local culture and traditions of the ethnic communities in the region

Celebrates the 20th anniversary of the village's founding – a significant milestone for the local community
-
Highlights and honors the value of Ngọc Linh ginseng – a rare medicinal root native to the area, with some roots over ten years old and valued at up to 100 million VND per root.
The ginseng is not only a source of pride for the region but also a powerful symbol of vitality, heritage, and longevity.
My Role
I took on the role of Account Executive for this cultural event, with the following key responsibilities:

Developed the full event agenda, tailored to cultural context and local expectations

Worked closely with the MC and artists, coordinating program flow, time allocation, and content

Created a detailed operational checklist covering all phases: setup – execution – post-event review

Conducted a full site check before setup to ensure smooth implementation

Collaborated with Tu Mơ Rông authorities to understand local protocols, confirmed guest lists, and coordinated cultural performances
-
Liaised with the local cooperative to gather accurate ginseng information and prepared content briefing for the MC
-
Coordinated with technical teams (sound, lighting, stage management) to ensure seamless execution

Supervised the event on-site, keeping the program on track and resolving real-time issues as needed
