I was responsible for developing and managing MiRi Hôm’s recruitment fanpage as part of the employer branding strategy.
The main objectives were to:

Following the brand's guidelines, the design concept made use of the official color palette and existing visual elements.The recruitment designs maintained a strong sense of brand identity while remaining eye-catching and fresh — standing out from the typical, uninspired hiring posts.
