Concept & Styling

Inspired by the timeless elegance of black & white, the event was designed to exude sophistication and refinement, while maintaining the distinct atmosphere of each celebration:

  • Bachelor Party: A cozy and lively gathering for 60 guests, consisting of close family and friends.

  • Wedding Reception: A formal and elegant celebration for 300 guests, including colleagues, friends, and family, ensuring a polished and memorable experience.

Venue & Setup

Bachelor Party | 50 Guests | Gravity Restaurant – Radisson Blu Resort Hội An

The venue was divided into two key areas:

  • Ceremony Area: A scenic balcony setup, providing an intimate setting for the couple to celebrate with their loved ones.

  • Party Area: A cocktail-style setup fostering interaction, complemented by a long table for 20 guests reserved for the bride’s family.

Wedding Reception | 300 Guests | Ballroom – Radisson Blu Resort Hội An

The ballroom layout was carefully planned to optimize both elegance and functionality:

  • A dancing floor near the LED screen, creating a focal point for entertainment.

  • A long VIP table for 10 guests designated for the bride and groom.

  • Six square tables for close family members.

  • Twenty round tables ensuring a spacious and comfortable setting for guests

Execution & Coordination

📌 First Two Weeks:

  • Conducted in-depth consultations with the couple to understand their vision and personal preferences.

  • Brainstormed creative concepts, researched trends, and sketched detailed designs for each area.

  • Developed a budget plan and collaborated with vendors to finalize the event décor, cost estimates, and 3D renderings.

  • Designed standees, photobooths, and key decorative elements to enhance the visual experience.

  • Created the event agenda and curated a music playlist tailored to the event’s flow.

📌 Final Week:

  • Finalized the detailed event timeline with the couple.

  • Conducted a full rehearsal with the sound and lighting team.

  • Provided personalized support for the bride, groom, their families, and the bridal party.

  • Coordinated all event logistics to ensure seamless execution

Insight

As women, regardless of our circumstances, we must cultivate self-belief, learn to embrace our bodies and imperfections, and establish a foundation of unwavering confidence. When women radiate self-assurance, they exude an irresistible charm and spread love and positivity to those around them.

Challenges

In Vietnamese culture, black & white is traditionally associated with solemnity. The challenge was to redefine this color scheme as a symbol of luxury and modern sophistication while maintaining the warmth and joy of a wedding celebration.

Solutions

  • Incorporated warm lighting, using candles and chandeliers to create a romantic ambiance.

  • Carefully selected floral arrangements and décor in soft neutral and pastel tones to balance the overall aesthetic.
